Any time you order coffee, Johnny is the sole roaster. He knows just when to stop that first crack for a light roast, but he knows when second crack is right for a bean as well. He's pretty chill, loves everything bagels, and is mildly interested in theoretical physics.

essentially empty since 2003, this vacated fire building was once Middleville's central hub for firefighters when it was built in 1934. once restored, it will serve as our flagship sit-down dining experience. our slow-food menu will consist of a vast majority of produce and ingredients cultivated within 100 miles of West Michigan crafted by a rotating roster of globally-minded chefs.
