To brew, place 20 grams of cherries in a French Press. Add 400 grams of hot water and steep for 4 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

Organic Cascara Tea
In order to keep your cascara as fresh as possible, make sure you keep your tea away from cascara's four main enemies: air, moisture, heat, and light. Preferably, keep your cascara in an air-tight container, but out of light. We know it's pretty, but keeping the cascara in an opaque container will prolong their shelf life. Do not put your cascara in a cabinet above the stove, or in an area that receives strong sunlight. Lastly, do not put your cascara in the freezer. We follow the rule of wherever we would be comfortable, there our cascara will be comfortable too. Follow these tips and your tea will taste great for an extended amount of time!
